Manchester Enterprise Academy | with Aedas | Balfour Beatty | Manchester City Council

MEA forms part of Manchester BSF Academies Programme. The central hall is the focal point of the academy for both curricular and pastoral activity. It extends outward north and south to provide a dining terrace and social recreational play and entrance threshold space, and links inwards to the performing arts drama space.

Teaching areas on the upper floors are connected across the hall, they enable future development of the project-based learning already being implemented at the school, and they also facilitate changing curriculum models.

A key space for the Business and Enterprise academy specialism is a post-16 lecture theatre which also serves thecommunity.
